Monday, June 16th 2014 – Aerialtronics will be exhibiting at the Eurosatory event with international camera manufacturer Xenics in Paris, France. Eurosatory is the largest exhibition of land and air defence and security in the world. The event hosts manufacturers from the entire industry ranging from raw materials to operational systems.
Aerialtronics has recently partnered up with Xenics to explore the possibilities of incorporating Xenics sensors into Aerialtronics’ unmanned aircraft systems. Xenics specializes in infrared camera systems that are particularly suitable to perform safety and security operations.
Renowned for its focus on high quality products, Aerialtronics met with Xenics several months ago to develop a Xenics camera module to conduct flight operations with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). The specialized Aerialtronics Research and Development department then designed a custom made Xenics module which can be easily mounted onto the UAS.
Aerialtronics and Xenics decided to introduce this module in a grand way by exhibiting at the Eurosatory exhibition in Paris. The Xenics equipped UAS will be displayed for the entire duration of the event at the Xenics stand.
